With "Select’s Vanishing Dove Cage," a new generation of disappearing dove cages has been born... one like no other! For quite some time, we have spared no effort or expense to bring to market a disappearing dove cage that deviates from the existing variants. The concept had to be such that all the inconveniences of previous versions were resolved. Therefore, we consulted magicians who have been working with such an apparatus for a long time and faced several challenges...

 

- Finding a solution for the difficult-to-regulate system of the pneumatic pump, causing the cage to "disappear" at two speeds and become unreliable.

- The cover cloth getting sucked inward when the cage is unlocked.

- In some models, the bars go directly into the tabletop, making it easy to figure out where the doves go.

- The bars sometimes roll up poorly and get stuck between the top plates.

- Many cages have no real bottom, causing the doves to disappear into the table when they fall off their perch.

- Many tables are ridiculously thick in proportion to the cage.

 

And then, of course, there's the unnatural, idiotic way the covered cage is taken off the table. Who grabs a reasonably heavy dove cage only by the top?

 

Well, Select Magic is convinced it has found a simple and straightforward solution to all these problems. The specially designed gimmick for the cover cloth allows the cage to be lifted from the table in a very natural manner. Additionally, this special gimmick creates several new presentation possibilities that enhance the effect of the disappearance. The old pneumatic system has been replaced with an easy-to-operate new mechanism that gives complete control over the speed at which the cage lowers, even during the presentation. The cage has also been fitted with a bottom and legs that create the impression that the cage is freely standing on the table. The bottom of the cage is closed and removable for easy cleaning. The tabletop is designed to appear ultra-thin, and the leg and tabletop are in perfect harmony, making the table look very normal.
